Clear Sky Media was founded in November 2000 with the launch of RedFlagDeals.com. Since then RedFlagDeals.com has grown into one of the largest sites in Canada and Canada's premiere destination for bargain shoppers.

In the fall of 2005, Clear Sky Media launched PriceCanada.com, a shopping comparison search engine, to provide another tool for Canadian shoppers seeking to make informed buying decisions online.

Derek Szeto founded RedFlagDeals.com and Clear Sky Media in November 2000. As the archetypal bargain shopper, Derek has guided Clear Sky Media with the goal of creating tools that facilitate online shopping and give Canadian consumers the opportunity to interact.

Michael Pawlowsky joined Clear Sky Media in 2005 as VP of Technology. Michael's experience includes building Quebecor Multimedia, who was responsible for putting many daily newspapers, including Journal de Montreal, Le Monde and Le Figaro on the web. Michael then went on to help found Conceptis Technologies Inc., an online medical pioneer, which created such properties as TheHeart.org: the world's leading cardiology portal. Conceptis Technologies was purchased by WebMD in December 2005.

Ryan McKegney has played a major role in Clear Sky Media’s development since its inception as one of Clear Sky Media's first employees. As a graduate of Queen's University, he has used his keen analytical skills to create and evaluate new opportunities as well as helping form the overall strategy and direction of the company.

Emanuel Vanasse is the Creative Director at Clear Sky Media. Actively included in the web and graphic design industry for more than 10 years, Emanuel has worked as a web designer at E-Design Inc., and as senior web designer and art director at Conceptis Technologies Inc.

Richard FitzGerald joined Clear Sky Media in 2006 as head of sales and business development for PriceCanada.com. Richard's previous work experience includes senior sales and marketing positions in the interactive media, financial services and film and television production sectors, most noticeably account manager at Yahoo! Canada and managing the e-commerce business development team at Rogers New Media.
